At Right at Home, a 350+ location home care franchise network, I built and deployed three enterprise AI products in a compliance-heavy, healthcare-adjacent environment: a real-time voice AI sales coaching platform with persona simulation, half-cascade voice synthesis, and automated rubric grading; a natural-language-to-SQL analytics tool that lets non-technical users query enterprise data in plain English; and an AI-powered knowledge system that gives staff instant answers from policy and operational documents. Alongside the products, I built the corporate and franchise AI strategy, AI governance framework, and organization-wide enablement programs, bringing PMP-level execution discipline to AI product delivery.

Beyond enterprise, I've shipped three more AI projects: a wine-first AI beverage concierge with a multi-category data model, a self-hosted multi-agent AI platform with a 6-layer security model and 25 architecture decision records, and Ratify, a compliance automation platform spanning all 51 US beverage-alcohol jurisdictions. I hold a PMP, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, and Certified Sommelier credential, with AWS Solutions Architect Associate in progress. The Sommelier grounds the wine AI and the beverage-alcohol compliance work, because the best products come from real domain expertise.
