First full-time AI hire at Right at Home, a 350+ location home care franchise network. I authored the company's first AI strategy, then built what it called for: a real-time voice coaching platform with persona simulation and automated rubric grading, a natural-language analytics tool that lets non-technical staff query enterprise data in plain English, and a knowledge system that answers from policy and operational documents, all under a governance framework I stood up and handed off.
Outside work: Vinny, a wine-first AI beverage concierge; Hive, a self-hosted multi-agent platform with layered security; and Ratify, a compliance engine covering all 51 US beverage-alcohol jurisdictions. Certified Sommelier and PMP; Azure AI Engineer; AWS Solutions Architect in progress. The Sommelier grounds the wine and alcohol-compliance work: the best products come from domain expertise.
