I joined Right at Home, a 480+ location in-home senior-care franchise network, in 2025 as its first full-time AI hire. Besides Connect, I'm product owner of the franchise portal, the one place every franchise office reaches the company's tools, and I stood up the Enterprise AI Governance Council. Two more AI products, an analytics agent and a policy knowledge agent for corporate staff, were built with the company's technology team.

Before Right at Home, I ran credit card integration programs at First National Bank of Omaha, managed an acquisition-integration workstream at Lincoln Financial Group and was the project manager behind two B2B SaaS advertising products at Sojern. I also spent five years running restaurant launches as a consultant. Together that is about ten years of product and project management, with Agile and waterfall delivery throughout, and I've served as the team's Scrum Master at First National, Lincoln Financial, Sojern and Right at Home.

Outside work, I build with Claude Code: an orchestrator session gives each work item its own coding agent, and multi-agent workflows build and then review the work. Across nine of my personal repositories, more than half the commits are co-authored with Claude.

I'm a PMP and a Certified ScrumMaster, hold Microsoft's Azure AI Engineer and Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certifications and am working toward AWS Solutions Architect. I'm also a Certified Sommelier, with more than twenty years in hospitality.
